MONDRAGON MERCH REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

This RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (this “Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions that Mondragon Holdings LLC and its affiliates (“Company,” “We,” “Our” or “Us”) applies to shipping and returns of all items purchased through http://www.mondragonmerch.com/ (“the Site”). By placing an order through the Site, the Customer (“You,” “Your” or “Customer”) accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 

Please review this Policy carefully and in its entirety before making any purchase.

REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are only issued for orders purchased within 48 hours, received in damaged condition, deemed lost, or reported stolen. Please note that we do not currently accept exchanges.

Any item purchased at a discount or using a promo code is final. 

Shipping costs such as duties and taxes are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched for delivery. 

If You made a purchase and want to cancel it:

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. Please get in touch with us to make a cancellation request - Contact Us.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • The product(s) must have been purchased directly from mondragonmerch.com

If We have issued a refund, You’ll be automatically refunded on Your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for Your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds for international orders may be subject to currency conversion rates and transaction fees. These are not included in the product price and are the customer's responsibility. Any import duties, taxes, and customs fees are nonrefundable. 

Order got lost or stolen...

Your order may be subject to a refund if lost or stolen. If Your package is deemed lost or stolen by the shipping carrier, please contact Us with Your order number so We can investigate this issue further.

Once orders have left Us, it's hereby acknowledged that We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If Your package is found and delivered before a claim is issued, You hereby acknowlage that the order has been fulfilled and is no longer be able to be refunded in this case.

Damaged Item during transit...

Please do not discard any damaged items that may have occurred during delivery.

While We try Our best to pack every order carefully, in some cases, these instances may occur for items in Your shipment. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that You let Us know as soon as possible about the damage.

Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to customerservice@mondragonmerch.com

In your email, please include:

  • Name and email address
  • Order number
  • Pictures showing the damaged packaging and item.

Any claim made after 3 DAYS of receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement.

Received a faulty or incorrect item...

Please inspect Your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if You received the wrong item so We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We're sorry if you've received a faulty item! There's no need to return the item to us at this stage.

Please email us at customerservice@mondragonmerch.com with:

  • Your name and email address
  • Order number
  • Item name/description
  • Photos that show:

1. The fault is as clear as possible.

2. Full-length photo of the item.

3. The logo or label is visible.

RETURNS

If for any reason We do decide to allow a return, You shall be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to Us and restoking fees. Your item must be in the same condition that You received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, We cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or on international purchases. 

Items marked as “Final Sale" are not eligible for a return. 

Any return requests made more than 3 DAYS after the package is delivered will not be acknowledged.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed once it reaches Us. We will notify You once We’ve received and inspected Your return and let You know if the refund was approved.
