MONDRAGON MERCH SHIPPING POLICY
This SHIPPING POLICY (this “Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions that Mondragon Holdings LLC and its affiliates (“Company,” “We,” “Our” or “Us”) applies to shipping and returns of all items purchased through http://www.mondragonmerch.com/ (“the Site”). By placing an order through the Site, the Customer (“You,” “Your” or “Customer”) accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Please review this Policy carefully and in its entirety before making any purchase.
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Every piece You order is packed and shipped with care. We offer flat-rate shipping for each order, with additional fees for deliveries to other countries. When You place an order through the Site, We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for You based on the availability of Your items and the shipping option You choose. In so doing, this allows You to better anticipate and plan for the arrival of Your products.
Orders are normally processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please allow 3-5 business days for Us to process and ship these orders.
We offer the following shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail (2 Business Days) – $7.85
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day) – 22.83
UPS Ground (4-7 Business Days) – $16.06
UPS 3-Day Select (3 Business Days) – $20.11
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days) – $24.20
UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day) – $35.70
Please note, the foregoing estimates are only a general guideline for the shipping and processing times. Depending on the parcel carrier, circumstances are beyond Our control at the time of Your order, and the weight of Your parcel, shipping date, and price estimates may vary. The shipping price includes packaging, handling, and service fees, but excludes export or import taxes, which may be associated with shipping pieces internationally. Tracking numbers will be provided via email at the time of shipment. Please also note that parcel carrier options may vary based on the shipping destination.
International Shipments
Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc:
Standard Post (DHL eCommerce): 7-13 Business Days
DHL eCommerce International Priority: 4-12 Business Days
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days
Please be aware that once internationally shipped orders arrive in the destination country, they may need to go through customs clearance procedures, which can lead to delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Additionally, extra fees may apply depending on the import laws of the destination country.
Mondragon Merch is not liable for duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of Your package should be made directly to the carrier. Our customer service agents only have as much information as You can see through Your tracking number.
Shipping Delays
While We strive to mail out all orders promptly, We cannot guarantee that any order placed will arrive by a specific date. You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for any delivery delays.
Address Mistakes/Changes
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address You specify at the time of order. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact Us as soon as possible at customerservice@mondragonmerch.com so that We can correct Your address. Once Your package has shipped, You hereby acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred if the order does not make it to Your destination. You assume all liability for any additional charges for rejected or misaddressed packages.
To ensure successful delivery and protect You from potential fraud or shipping errors, all orders must include a valid and complete shipping address. If our system flags the address provided as undeliverable, We may require additional confirmation. We will contact You using the email provided at checkout. Customers must respond to the address confirmation request within 72 hours. If no response is received within this timeframe, the order may be automatically canceled for safety and logistical reasons.

If an order is canceled, You will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Items
Once orders have left Us, it's hereby acknowledged that We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If Your package is deemed lost or stolen by the shipping carrier, please contact Us with Your order number so We can investigate this issue further. If You have trouble tracking a shipment, You must contact the chosen parcel carrier for assistance.
If Your package is found and delivered before a claim is issued, You hereby acknowlage that the order has been fulfilled and is no longer be able to be refunded in this case.
Note for International purchases: We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are Your responsibility.
