WHOLESALE POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Wholesale Policy at any time without prior notice.
1. Eligibility
Wholesale purchasing is available only to approved businesses and to those who wish to purchase more than 5 products. We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our discretion. A valid business/professional license or resale certificate may be required.
2. Minimum Order Requirements

- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of a single product: 6
- Minimum Order Value: $225
Orders that do not meet the minimum requirements will not be processed at wholesale pricing.
3. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is confidential and available only to approved wholesale customers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Retail discounts, promotions, and coupon codes do not apply to wholesale orders.
Wholesale customers are advised to provide a valid resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate prior to placing their first order. This documentation must be issued by the appropriate state or tax authority and remain valid at the time of purchase.
If a valid resale certificate is not provided, we reserve the right to charge applicable sales tax in accordance with state and local regulations.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all resale documentation is accurate, current, and on file. We are not responsible for any taxes, penalties, or fees resulting from invalid or expired certificates.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By submitting payment for a wholesale order, the customer confirms that they are an authorized representative of the purchasing business and approve the transaction for the full amount listed on the invoice.

5. Order Processing & Lead Times
Wholesale orders typically require (5–10) business days for processing.
Large or custom orders may require additional production time.
Wholesale orders are processed only after the customer confirms the order details, including product type, quantity, pricing, and shipping information. Once confirmed and payment is submitted, the order is considered accepted.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Wholesale customers are responsible for:

- Customs duties (if applicable)
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order has shipped.
Delay in approvals will delay the estimated completion date. Pricing and ship dates are subject to change depending on the timely receipt of approval. Your final invoice will reflect the quantity being shipped, and the total amount may differ from your original quote.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All wholesale orders are final sale.
We only accept returns for:

- Defective items
- Incorrect shipments
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by photo documentation.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer. Carrier delays or delivery issues are outside of our control.
9. Resale Policy
Wholesale products must be sold at or above our retail price unless otherwise approved in writing.
Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
10. Intellectual Property
All product images, branding, and marketing materials remain the property of Mondragon Merch LLC.
Unauthorized use of brand assets is prohibited.
11. Termination
Reserve the right to terminate continued wholesale for:

- Violation of pricing policies
- Unauthorized resale channels
- Non-payment
- Misuse of brand materials

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the suspension or termination of the customer’s wholesale account and refusal of future orders
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to working with our wholesale partners to resolve issues promptly.
