I've been searching for a smaller sized roller that could really let me lay over it and stretch. This fits the bill perfectly. Still can't do it for too long at a time, I'm up to 4 minutes! But I feel great when I'm done and definitely feel like I'm already making progress after only a week. Thank you for making this product!!

I received the roller and immediately tried it. Then my brother tried it. Both of us think it is amazing. I will continue to use it regularly as my back feels a lot better afterwards. Great Quality product that has been designed with care.

This is just what I needed. Does a lot more than your standard foam roller.

The level 2 (blue) foam roller is great. The narrow width fits between your shoulder blades and the unique design hits places that no other roller I've used can get to. When used to stretch your back by laying on top of the roller, the narrow design makes it so much more comfortable than the wider rollers I've been using for years. I'm in my mid 60's and have been lifting weights all my life, and this roller has quickly become an indispensable part of my daily routine.

I have purchased other foam rollers. This one so far has been the best! Mu other one doesn't give me relief like this one does. The other day I was having issues with my back and shoulders. I used this roller and I felt so much better and slept great. I need to get in a habit of using it more. I would highly recommend buying this. It was worth the purchase!

I bought mine a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I’m an automotive mechanic and I’ve seen almost all my coworkers have back issues from years of bad posture, or have moderate muscle tension. So I decided to be proactive about stretching and strengthening my body, then Dr. Mondragons videos popped up in my instagram page and I found her advice/videos to be the most informative out of everything on the internet. After weeks of stretching I decided to purchase the level 1 roller, it may be the greatest purchase I’ve made.

The product feels like it’s made from high quality materials and it doesn’t deform like something you could buy at a sporting goods store or on Amazon for the same price. It doesn’t collect dust or debris, and it’s easy to wipe down. I accidentally got motor oil on it (from one of my work shirts) and it easily wiped off using Tub O’ Towels wipes.

It’s difficult to describe, but I feel awake now. The roller has allowed me to advance my progress and feel better. I would highly recommend this product to everyone!

I am a LMT now for 2 years. I've been improving thoracic mobility on foam rollers for the past 4 years but had reached my max improvement. I have been looking forward to this rollers launch for two years. Using this roller for a month now, I am so happy that "that spot" between my shoulder blades has improved in mobility and comfort. The safe and creative ways to use this roller for hips, shoulders, and extremities due to the rollers shape, size, and smoothness have been an added bonus. I had already determined I was going to purchase this roller when it came out no matter how much it cost. The investment is light compared to the value. I have found the roller to be just the right size, shape, and firmness for loosening the back and not putting a lot of pressure on the spine, When using it on the legs and arms the grove keeps the roller in place when going back andforth, I recomend the roller.

I have had chronic upper back and neck pain for years and have tried MANY items to release the tension carried in those spots (including dry needle therapy). The first night using my little blue buddy was amazing. It hit all my tight spots perfectly and I woke up for the first time in years without tension in my neck and upper back.

This roller is amazing! It helps me stretch my back and the shape of it avoids hurting my spine. I’ve tried other rollers and they hurt when they press on my spine. I have a desk job and my mid and upper back is a mess. This roller is better for me than a lacrosse ball. I bought the signed version because I’m a big fan of Dr. Mondragon.

I love this roller…not only for the view, also for between the shoulder blades. It gives a great stretch on the front, but I need to use it more. I am not flexible enough…yet
