I am a LMT now for 2 years. I've been improving thoracic mobility on foam rollers for the past 4 years but had reached my max improvement. I have been looking forward to this rollers launch for two years. Using this roller for a month now, I am so happy that "that spot" between my shoulder blades has improved in mobility and comfort. The safe and creative ways to use this roller for hips, shoulders, and extremities due to the rollers shape, size, and smoothness have been an added bonus. I had already determined I was going to purchase this roller when it came out no matter how much it cost. The investment is light compared to the value. I have found the roller to be just the right size, shape, and firmness for loosening the back and not putting a lot of pressure on the spine, When using it on the legs and arms the grove keeps the roller in place when going back andforth, I recomend the roller.

I have had chronic upper back and neck pain for years and have tried MANY items to release the tension carried in those spots (including dry needle therapy). The first night using my little blue buddy was amazing. It hit all my tight spots perfectly and I woke up for the first time in years without tension in my neck and upper back.

This roller is amazing! It helps me stretch my back and the shape of it avoids hurting my spine. I’ve tried other rollers and they hurt when they press on my spine. I have a desk job and my mid and upper back is a mess. This roller is better for me than a lacrosse ball. I bought the signed version because I’m a big fan of Dr. Mondragon.

I love this roller…not only for the view, also for between the shoulder blades. It gives a great stretch on the front, but I need to use it more. I am not flexible enough…yet

I am a petite lady. This fits perfectly between my shoulder blades! The tapered ends help me to fully stretch my back and open my chest. (Something I could not do with my other blocky shaped roller.) This was EXACTLY what I needed!

Really works well at getting deep areas. I’ve already noticed that my shoulders are more open and don’t pop around as much as they did before.

I've been waiting for this thing to be released since I started watching the videos. I have another mini roller and also the Chirp XR neck thing, but I like how this one works over anything else I've tried. I'm in no way an expert, but I'm happy with my purchase.

Gonna be real, how Dr Brenda went about creating this roller is exactly what I've been looking for. I need firmness and a channel that fits the spine while giving adequate pressure on the back muscles. I'm actually using this behind my lower back as I sit and type this review after 5min session this morning.
