How to Use

Apply a few pumps of oil in your palm and gently spread it over the desired area you want to work on. Apply pressure to the area and use slow, firm strokes to relax the muscles. Gradually increase pressure as needed. Leave the oil on or wipe away the excess with a soft towel.
